My passion spikes in the area of sports. I have always had a desire to be a bigger part of sports than just a participant and a player. Throughout my team sport journey, I have tried to learn, discover and sharpen the skills needed for this accomplishment, I am intrigued by statistics, amazed by analytics and the ability to see such a diversity of moving parts become a smooth-running machine. I consider myself a leader in all I do. I am dedicated to continually improving my leadership skills, both on and off the field. Its an unbelievable feeling when you realize that you changed a perspective, regained confidence, ignited enthusiasm and helped build a true team/family on and off the field. Every moment of your life calls for goals to be set. Whether I am on the bench or on the field, I set goals and worked hard to accomplish them. Sometimes they work out quickly and sometimes I need to take a step back and reassess, start again and move forward. You do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal. I am humbled by the many awards and recognitions I have received over the years and I attribute my success to hard work, dedication and the desire to positively impact teammates and coaches that I have had the privilege to encounter. I want to continue my passion in sports by gaining a degree in Sports Management. I believe this career path will give me the ability to share my strengths and knowledge with all who are committed to play hard, fair and gain humble but impressive success. Sports will always be a passion, its in my blood and although I understand that there is so much more to life, including education, family and faith, I intend to do all that I can to achieve success in each and every one. I am committed to balance and achieve overall success. I am excited to see where this next adventure begins and even more so, where it leads next.
