I envision my college years as a personal growth period of my life. While in college, I plan to study diligently in a science curriculum to better prepare myself for life. I understand that to become a professional, whether it is as an athlete or generally working in the business sector, one must be dedicated and put in the work to achieve individual goals. I take nothing for granted and I understand that life does not just provide handouts.
I have been an athlete since a very young age. I started as a Gymnast at the age of 3 and became competitive at the age of 6. By the age of 9, I won state level championships and was selected to compete on Team Alabama becoming regionally ranked 25th within an 8 state area. I continued to workout daily and compete in Gymnastics until the age of 11. At that time, I made the decision to move away from Gymnastics and play football. It wasn't easy; however, nothing is if you want it bad enough. I have grown much since then and enter my Senior year of High School with that same drive and motivation for success that I have always had. Now; however, I am ready to take that next step in my life and play football competitively at the Collegiate level. I am the person that comes in early and stays late to better myself. I always conduct myself with honor no matter the situation. I am a leader but am humble and know that I can always be better . Lastly, I know that as a student athlete, I am held to a higher accountability from my coaches and the school I attend, and must be professional and considerate in every situation on campus and off.
