Jack McCowan '25 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to be the greatest on the field and in the classroom. I am strongly considering a business finance or engineering major at this time.  I strive to reach my highest potential in everything I do by being proactive and putting in extra time to constantly improve myself mentally & physically.  I am well rounded, grounded in faith with good morals, a strong family, and convictions. I spend extra time studying to overachieve in the classroom and put in additional workouts and training practices to help me become a better athlete on my own time at home and at the gym. I truly love being part of a team and having good relationships with my coaches and teammates. I am flexible, coachable, and open to constructive feedback.  I am not perfect and I make mistakes, but I am willing to own those mistakes and improve.  I am always willing to help out a teammate with a problem and collaborate on how to fix the the issue or work on a play.  I believe I am a solid candidate for your football program because of all these things and more.  I am willing to work hard and do what is needed to achieve success in both academics and as an athlete.
