Kamden Stephens '23 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I can remember, I have dreamed of competing at the college level. To ensure this dream came true, I dedicated myself to my studies by taking multiple AP and college-level courses. While at the same time increasing my chances by playing at high levels in three varsity sports and being Captain for these sports as well. This dream almost came crashing down this past fall when I endured three fractures in my leg with the chances of having surgery almost certain. Thankfully my leg healed completely without having any medical setbacks. Although there weren't any medical setbacks, my strength in all assets had dropped drastically causing me to reset all of my hard work these past few years in just 4 months. It has taken a lot of faith and dedication, but in these past few months I have regained my strength and continue to push myself to be able to compete at the college level. This next year I plan to help my team to achieve its first playoff win in five years and win a state championship in wrestling.
