Andrew Courtney '20 Recruiting Profile

My academic goals while attending John T Hoggard High school is to sustain superior performance in the classroom and be academically eligible to play football at the college level. My college degree interests are Astronomy and/or Aerospace Engineering. I am as dedicated in the classroom as I am on the football field and to my teammates. My leadership style is by example. I work hard every day and encourage my peers to do the same. My passion for football is something I have shared with my father since I can remember. However, I have  only had the opportunity to play for the past three years. Ever since I put the pads on for the very first time, I have been working hard and have set my goals to be both an excellent student and athlete at the college level. I truly believe I can and will be an outstanding college football player. Through dedication, hard work both on the field and in the classroom, and striving for constant personal growth, I know I can become a great representative for the team and the university.
