Football has been an outlet for me since I started playing. It helped with anger problems at a young age and still helps with my ADHD. Football has became a very major part of me. One goal of mine is to graduate knowing I did and have accomplished high school and college at the best me that I possibly put forth to be educationally and mentally. Another goal of mine is inspiring and teaching kids who are not so fortunate, that, no matter where you come from or whatever unfortunate reason it may be, you can make it out and you can be something if you put your mind to it and set forth your all. One last goal of mine is to become a D1 athlete and NFL Football player. This has been a goal and aspiration of mine since my mom put a football in my hand and told me to "get out there".
I feel I am a good candidate because of the qualities I possess. I am patient, I listen, I hear, I follow through, I conquer. I am very determined when it comes to something I set out for. I currently am in high school football and am playing varsity starting. I also run track and field, starting in that as well. My sophmore year I plan on picking up basketball as well to remain in shape on off seasons. My freshman year I started my academic year off with a 3.04 obtaining a merit roll award and continue to strive towards being nothing but the best.
