My name is Caiden Kovacs, and it has always been my goal to play college football. I am a 6-foot 1 290lb sophomore and I play defensive tackle and offensive line. I was a two way starter at LG and DT as a sophomore. I first started playing football when I was in the 4th grade. For me, it has always been the ultimate team sport that I have been passionate about. I have learned so much about myself and life from playing football. I have learned that not everything is handed to you and that dedication is especially important to reach the goals I set, whether in the classroom or on the field. Also, I love the challenge of building the best version of myself at all times. Whether that is in the weight room, film room, practice field, or in the classroom it is exciting to know that I control my outcome by being reliable, tough, and coachable. I believe that football has helped me become a better leader on and off the field. Football has taught me that a person's value is in how much they bring out the best in others. That is how I try to be a leader, by example and my being available and reliable to my team. I am generally pretty quiet except on the field where I am able transform my personality so that I can play with aggression and intensity between the whistles. I feel motivated to succeed because I have a hunger for greatness. I pride myself on football IQ, picking up new information quickly, and show great discipline in my preparation. My future goals are to play college football, get a great education for my future, and to be the best version of myself with no regrets. Thank you for the reading this and the time you have dedicated to evaluating me and know that I can make a positive impact on your program.
