Like most people my age, I aspire to attend a great university, earn my college degree, and play quarterback for the football team. My academic goals for college are in the engineering field. I have spent years learning how to code and program websites and circuits. I've constructed small robots in my free time and programmed them to move and sense changes in their environment. I'm enrolled in a special engineering program at Lakewood HS. I was one of the youngest interns at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH last summer. I have been invited to return to NASA again this coming summer. I also love being a big brother and teaching my little brother all the things my dad taught me. Those are some of my passions outside of team sports. Outside of the classroom, I'm hopeful that my hard work in and out of season will not only bring success to my high school team, but will also give me the chance to play at the highest collegiate level possible. I have the determination and drive to complete what is necessary to succeed. I also don't give up when things get hard or the odds turn against me. I've learned that life throws us an occassional curve ball, and when I remain positive and keep pressing forward, good things will happen. I know that there are bigger, faster, and stronger kids out there, but none of them can rival my genuine love of the game and my committment to a team. I will be the best teammate possible and lead with my actions and voice.
