My biggest attribute I carry for myself is coachability and work ethic. I’m very competitive and strive to be the best I can be, I know that I don't know everything and I know that there is always improvement to grow. This goes for both on the field and in the classroom. Off field, I pride myself in being a 3.7 gpa student and giving back to the community. To give back I plan on reaching out to various organizations to conduct volunteer work. I believe to be an effective leader, you need to absorb what is taught to you and work hard. I know that I can only control my work ethic. There are others that may be more talented but I will not allow myself to be outworked. My strengths include:
Coachability/Leadership-I’m a student of the game. I strive to make everyone around me better and I’m always absorbing what the coaches are teaching me.
Speed/strength-I work hard when the coaches are and are not around. I’ve been with a personal trainer since I was in 4th grade. My bench press is at 225, squat at 285 and deadlift 325 And run a 4.8/40. I’m still in 8th grade so I have a lot a time to grow.
Knowledge-I’ve played quarterback, running back and guard. I’ve learned how to read coverages and blitzes as quarterback which has helped me as a running back. On defense, I’ve play inside linebacker. My father has coached me at a young age to learn to read guards and communicate.
I appreciate you taking the time to view my profile and hope to contribute to your team.
