Colin Owens '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, my name is Colin. I come from a rural town in NE Pennsylvania where the roster might be small in size but heart is big! Some may say that coming from a small school is a negative thing but I have to disagree. Playing for a small school has made me a more versatile player.  I’ve had to learn several positions to fill the gaps. I been starting at right guard but I have been lucky enough to play both sides of the ball.  My coaches love to use my speed at DE for pass rush. Looking ahead to the 2024 season, I will add middle linebacker to my skills set. I can’t help but think back to that 10 year old kid who stepped onto the field for the first time. It ignited a fire inside me! I do whatever I can to improve my game. I give 110% on and off the field.  I've been blessed with amazing coaches who push me to reach my full potential. I crave the discipline that the game of football has taught me. It has motivated me to be a better player, teammate, and student. My ultimate goal is to be able to continue to play football at the collegiate level. I truly love the game and want to be able to play for as long as I can. I would love to show you my strength and speed, football IQ, and most of all…HEART! Hope to hear from you soon!
