Wyatt Schannauer '18 Recruiting Profile

Growing up on a farm and having two big 33 players in my family has shown me what hard work is and how far it can take you.. Starting my freshman year as a defensive tackle and making it to the state semifinal was a huge highlight up to this point in my life. However, losing in the second round of playoffs my sophomore year left me with a terrible memory about how you should never take any opponent lightly and it made me rethink my own efforts and I pushed myself to the best I could be with the capability of playing college football.

Being able to play for a team that has won its league for the past nine years and having a league winning streak of 64 games has taught me many important things about myself and my abilities. It has taught me the value of teamwork, commitment, and hard work.  I am looking for a school that will fit me academically as well as athletically. I know that I have the talent to play for a college team,  the work ethic, commitment and the leadership skills to make a positive impact on your program, school, and community.
