C/O 2026 future college athlete 🏈🥇🙏. I am truly blessed!! Back in May 3,2016 i was diagnosed with ITP. It's a bleeding disorder where your body doesn't produce blood platelets that allows your blood to clot for say when you get a cut like normal. I went from playing allllll sports to pretty much living in a bubble and couldn't play anything due to my low platelets and taking the chance of bleeding out. DR's said kids my age normaly grow out of it within about a year. A year went by,then two,then 3! Dr's said my ITP could be life long at this point and sports was limited but definitely football was out the picture. That really broke me down but my mom and dad always told me that God was in control!! With a lot of prayers,in 2019 @ the children's hp getting my normal labs i got the biggest blessing and surprise! 243k platelet count!!! Going from 20-30k to that was life changing for me and the start of living a normal kids life again. I'm a firm believer take nothing for granted, live life, be happy and give it a 100% in everything because someone out there is fighting a battle and wishing they were in your shoes. 2021 JV MVP
