I grew up in a Christian home going to church and playing ball. I have always been involved in family oriented activities. As a young football player I had a great group of coaches that taught me to love the game not just play it. I had a learning disability at a young age. I struggled in elementary school. Football was the one place I excelled. Football game me the work ethic to work my way out of my disability.
At the end of my freshman season I was promoted to the varsity team as starting long snapper. During a game I tore my ACL. I convinced my doctor and coach to return the next season and blew it again in the first game. After the next surgery, I was more patient and returned as short snapper, and the 6th man lineman subbing in for guard and center,
My goal is to work in a marketing department for a college or professional team after graduation. Teachers say I am a leader in the classroom. I try to give back by coaching our middle school linemen. I not only love playing football but preparing to play.
