I have been playing football for as long as I can remember. Football is not just a game for me; it has taught me many values and lessons that I still uphold to this day. These lessons are: mental toughness, accountability, relentless effort, and character. I live by these 4 values on and off the field. In addition, I have also been taught one guiding principle, strive for excellence. I was taught to strive for excellence since I was a young and it has stuck with me ever since. I not only strive for excellence on the field, but also in the class room. Academics are important to me in order to set myself up for a good future. My goal is to work as hard as I can, for as long as I can, to achieve my goal of becoming a Division 1 athlete. When I reach this goal I will not be satisfied. I will be satisfied only when I am the best at my position, on the field, and a great man off the field.
