Personal Statement

Softball has always been a big part of my life. I have been playing since I was five years old. My travel ball experience began at seven years old when a coach noticed my speed. I have since been able to continue learning and loving the game even more.

I could be a valuable part of a college team by being coachable and a great teammate. I'm always working on my skills and trying to become a better ball player. I started slap hitting when I was in 12U. Since then, I have become one of the top slappers in my area.

My goal is to ultimately play college softball and to become a better player in the process. Not only do I work on my softball skills, but I also work on my academics. I take education very seriously. I would like to combine these two things that I take seriously and play softball at the college level.
