Jalen Tate '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1 175lb shut down, run stopping Defensive Back from West Creek High School in Clarksville, TN. I come from a military family where my dad has been serving in the Army for over 22 years. My family has moved around a lot so I can adapt to any environment. I have been playing football since the age of 5 and absolutely love the sport. I am very athletic and recorded a 4.56 forty. This summer has been busy I have attend the Nashville FBU regional camp and was invited to the Top Gun Showcase in Rock Hill, S.C. My performance there earned me a spot on the All-Top Gun Team Class of 2017. I also attended the Will Healy camp at Austin Peay State University. I have the ability to play free safety as well as both corner back positions. During my free time I enjoy hanging with friends and family and playing video games. I am interested in attending a institution that offers Criminal Justice. I am very coachable and ready to work hard, and continue to improve on the field. I am ready to make an immediate and positive impact on the institution and surrounding community.
