Dear Coach,  

My dream has always been to be a football player.  I began loving the game at the young age of 5 when I joined my first youth football team.  I have the drive. I am disciplined and committed to what I love. I just need the opportunity to prove myself.  I am open to learning and will accept constructive criticism to make me better. I am a responsible person despite my age, I’m hardworking, reliable and a team player. I understand that every action has a consequence. That is what makes me different from the rest. My focus. I want to be remembered as one of the greatest. I want to be a role model to other kids like me. I want them to know that if I can do it, so can they. I know I have a difficult road ahead of me but I am ready for the challenge.
