As a kid I was energetic and I was always finding a way to get bumps a bruises, so at the age of 4 football was brought to my attention just for a way to put all my energy to use in a more competitive, yet fun way. At the time I could only play flag football, but I thought it was fun to compete against other kids and be good at it. As years went by I started to build a relationship with the sport and noticed it was much more then competition or being better, but it also helped with plenty of life's greatest hurdles. Football has taught me to build a family with those that I have played with, it has taught me that no matter how down you may be, if you put the effort to try and be great you will accomplish much more than you think you can. In conclusion, football is more than just a sport to me, it is a career that must be cherished.
