Tyler Kossey '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello Prospective Coach, Hope you are well,

I have enjoyed playing football since the Seventh grade, and I yearn to continue playing at the next level while completing any Agricultural degree, I believe I have sufficient qualifications as a Junior, with a 3.96 GPA, which I plan to keep till graduation. Along with athletics, I am involved in UIL and 4H, making it to Regionals in Science for UIL, being on the Livestock Judging Team, and showing livestock through 4H. In the past, I have also been in FFA, for Livestock Judging and as a Reporter for the Officer Team. 

While in high school, I have been an all-around player, using my strong work ethic and desire to get better and compete, I have been able to play at multiple positions on the field. From playing receiver at X. Y, Z, and also playing Tackle to currently being a mostly blocking Tight End on the offensive side of the ball. To playing D-Line and some outside linebacker. I have always done what was needed for the team to continue operating. 

In addition to football, I have also played on the Junior Varsity Basketball and Baseball Teams, I have also run track, with a 25.25 200m time as a Freshman, placing 4th at the district JV track meet. Until graduation, I plan to continue working to become a better athlete and student, to have the ability to be an asset to any college or university I have the opportunity to attend. I aim to be at 235 lbs. with a 4.7 40 time by my Senior year. I would greatly appreciate the chance to attend your school and have the ability to play football there as well.
