Personal Statement
Football has always been something I have enjoyed, from the time I was really little, and has been my passion throughout high school. I've worked hard all 4 years to become the best player I can, whether it be lifting weights at 5am before school starts every day during the offseason, staying after practice to work catching drills with my quarterback or wide receiver coach, going to camps during the winter and spring, or running my own drills in the park by my house. I have loved every second of the grind, and I believe there is much more to come. When it comes to size, I am on track to grow a few more inches, and will be able to put on more weight and get stronger as I continue to work in the weight room. One of my strongest attributes has always been my hands. My coaches have always told me I have very good hands, and I rarely drop balls. In the first 5 games of my senior season, only one ball touched my hands that I didn't catch. My hand measurement is 9 7/8". I always run good routes, and am always working on adjustments I can make. I have always been a team player, and my coaches have always said I take any criticism very well and that I'm very coachable. I love the game of football and want nothing more than to play on the next level.
