Dave Wolfinger '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been a qb for over year now and have learned so much over the last 24 months.  I have a 3.48 GPA on a 4.0 scale. It's really great to be a leader on the field and in class, setting an example of how to work hard to earn my goals.  In my first year 90% of my throws were on target.  All throws on 3rd and 4th down were on target. Throwing with defenders in my face came naturally and gave me the ability to use my height and arm angles to throw around defenders.  I am currently working with QB Coach Dustin Smith at QB Elite.  I love improving my mechanics, footwork and mindset to become my best.  I am now using my time for football year round.  In fall of 2023, I am playing for Coach Afuvai at Bonneville High School. I am very excited to become part of Bonneville football  in South Ogden Utah. Playing in the competitive region 5-5A in Salt Lake City will be great.  Steel sharpens steel!  Go Lakers!
