Personal Statement
My Name is Noah Sanders and I am excited about starting my high school career. At a very young age I set specific goals for my football career. One of my major football goals was to be named the starting varsity quarterback as a freshman. As a result of my hard work and dedication I achieved my goal and am now in position to lead my team for 4 years( Class 5A-Virginia). Despite achieving my goal I am constantly motivated to improve as a quarterback, leader, and a student. As I try to improve with each game, I assure you that when it is time to continue my academic and athletic career in college I will have the skill sets needed to assist my team immediately.
As athletes become bigger, stronger and faster, the evaluation process becomes increasingly more difficult. There are so many talented athletes at every position that pairing the right athlete with the right school sometimes involves an inherent level of risk. I; however feel that my talent, dedication, academic acumen, and moral fiber make me an outstanding candidate for collegiate athletics. As the son of a Marine Corps Officer and an educator, I have inherited and developed a level of professionalism and dedication that will make me not only a model athlete but a model student and ambassador for any university.
