Both 200M & 100M PR’s to come this Spring. He’s anticipating making State Track on June 1st in 2-3 events. We are hoping to see 10's for the 100M, he was for sure that fast last year at State in the relays as they beat the state record and 2 school records in their relays. After 2 relays he still managed to pull off a 22.63 200M for a 5th place podium finish in the heat.

- We have a very disciplined strength/speed training system we are committed to at Regis High School. We've been doing the Bigger Faster Stronger program at Regis High School. The expectation is 3 days per week out of season, 2 days in season. We do "jump" or plyometrics on Tuesdays and lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
