- Following the 5,3,1 program and recently switched to the juggernaut program. Accessory work to added to help athletic ability and general power. Db bench, tricep extension, Barbell rows, Landmine twist, Deficit deadlift, Goblet squats, Bulgarian split squats. Increased bench by 70 pounds, squat by 90, deadlift by 105, power clean by 80.
