Hello, my name is Matiss Sivins and I'm from Latvia. Now I play high school basketball in United States and I play for Providence Academy in Rogers, Arkansas.
I can play both small forward and power forward positions, but personally I like to play as small forward where I can use my speed and height abilities and more of my skills. I also like to play pick n' roll. Thats my favorite offense to run, because I can both screen the player or play with the ball. My best shots in the game are my 3 pointer and shot off dribble. I can create a good shot for myself and a lot of times create it for others. \
In academics my skills and education is getting better day by day as I speak English language better. I'm improving my studies and will be ready to improve my ACT score as soon as that will be possible .I had a good results in first academic year in Providence Academy. I would like to connect both- studies and basketball together as an oppurtunity to acchieve my goals in studies and basketball in United States that me and my family couldn't afford in Latvia. I look forward towards every University offer and I'm always motivated to do my best and get better!
