Julian Gibbs '25 Recruiting Profile

Basketball brings me pure joy.  From the first time I dribbled a basketball, I loved the feeling of motion and the challenge of getting the ball in the basket.  Now, 15 years later, I still take joy from basketball, but am looking very much forward to the next step --- leaving home to practice, play and develop my game surrounded by new teammates and coaches in a city probably a long way from home.  

My criteria for finding the best college for me are quite simple (but actually quite complex) I want to find the institution of higher education which will allow me and encourage me to play the best basketball possible while also providing me with the best degree possible so that after 4 years I can be fully equipped to enter the shooting world.  What I offer my basketball coach and teammates at the next level is a 6'5" combo guard who is a knockdown shooter from NBA range, a lockdown defender, and a loyal and committed teammate.

I am looking forward to the next steps in my basketball journey!
