Hi, my name is JaMere Johnson, I really love the game of basketball! I've been playing basketball since my elementary days. So I feel I have a lot of experience but I am definitely still learning as I grow. I have attended many showcase to help me on my journey to increase my skills in the areas I may lack. Basketball has touched my heart in many ways. Basketball is really important to me because I'm at peace when I play. It allows me to show my talents and show my passion for ball through my emotions. I've been told that I lack sportsmanship because I've very competitive and I like to win! due to my winning mindset. I welcome constructive criticism because I am still learning and growing as an athlete, but I emphasize I do respect the game on and off the floor. I would love the opportunity to take my skills to the next level in college. My faith and mother has been a major part of my journey. Hearing the support and the swish of the ball going through the net is a ball players joy! That sound alone helps solve a lot of the outside worldly problems. I have a few accolades from participating in basketball, I would love to experience this new chapter in my life and would love to learn new things in the process, thank you for your time.
