Personal Statement

One ultimate goal in my life is to get better every day. Be a better man, friend, student and athlete than I was yesterday.  I love spreading positiveness and I believe it has a huge impact on life. My dad was always my mentor, he taught me values in life. My mom on the other hand taught me how to fight for what's yours. Combining these two shaped my strong and combative character, which I believe separates me from others. I am not afraid of mistakes and going out of my comfort zone.

I am honest with myself, I love the process and the grind. I strongly value education, I want to be the best possible version of myself. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players for any team I am a part of.

As a basketball player I value details and all the overlooked things. I am a great defensive player who talks and will sacrifice my body hustling after the ball or taking charges. I always looked up to Dennis Rodman, how he left everything on the court and did his role, rebound.

Off the court I am a very out-going and friendly person. I work hard in classroom to maintain a high GPA and take dual-enrollment courses at Polk State College. I am considered one of the leaders on our campus who helps and leads other student to accomplish their academic goals.

I'll do whatever it takes to win games, whether it's sitting on a bench waving a towel, handing a cup of water to a teammate, or hitting the game-winning shot. " - Kobe Bryant

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
