I desire to play college basketball while earning a higher education degree, so that I can be a valuable asset to society. I would be a good candidate for any team because I have a positive attitude, possess leadership qualities, a strong work ethic, along with being coachable and a strong team player. I am different from other recruits because I am disciplined, hard-working, committed, open-minded, balanced, caring, while staying true to my core beliefs of faith, family, education and basketball. To sum up my personal statement, I'd say, "Trust the process while delivering excellence."
