Personal Statement

I’m Christopher (CJ) Geiger basketball is something I would love to compete at on the next level, my collegiate goals, and aspirations are to get to the next level and be a leader. My long term aspiration is to play in the NBA and at professional levels. Basketball is my passion but, if it doesnt work out my back up plan is to become an architect to design, and plan projects and buildings. I hope to have a career of this after basketball. I am interested in schools that provide this career path with a competitive athletic program.

What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I desire so be a leader, and I am versatile and fast. I will also do the intangibles with a high iq, and play hard on both ends of the floor. Lastly I am also dedicated in the classroom to maintain all A’s and B’s.

CJ Geiger (2027) out of Hampton was fun to watch. Loved how he used his size on both ends of the floor. Good touch around the rim and succeeds the most in transition. Defensively, he loves to block shots and jump in passing lanes.

Ranked 17th. Definition of a true point guard, while commanding his team. Hit several key mid-range jumpers under tight defense to lead his team to OT play. His off the ball play created problems on the defensive switch rotation, where he was allowed to have his way scoring.
