Personal Statement
Coach
Winning our Division and competing for the Regional Championship title was the highlight of my freshman year in high school. Although, we didn’t win the championship game, it was the first time in the history of Arbia High-school that was done.
My sophomore year was my first year playing Varsity as a starter. I was voted UnSungPlayer of the year for DeKalb County where the competition is thick! Although Arabia isn’t known for their athletics, my mission is to help put them on the Radar so College Coaches can come check out the Student Athletics at Arabia.
I’m a very competitive, dedicated and dependable student athlete. I love the game and respect the players who play the game! I’m a coachable player, a floor general, and I have the ability to be a role player when necessary. I have a high basketball IQ level that would be a tremendous asset to your basketball program! My tenacity joined with my swiftness makes me a relentless defender, and a dangerous player against the big guys! To me, being undersized is not a disadvantage, I look at it as an advantage. I hustle 94 feet until the whistle blow and an advocate of team success. I would be extremely grateful for an opportunity to be a part of your school and the Basketball Program.
