I am a true student-athlete. Not only do I excel on the basketball court; but also, in the classroom. As a student, I am a member of the gifted and magnate program and a member of the National Honor’s Society and National BETA Club. As an athlete, I am a four year varsity basketball letterman. I received awards for player of year and offensive player of the year.
This past summer, I worked at a camp for autistic children. The goal of the camp was to help the kids increase their social skills and engage in active learning. Working with kids taught me to appreciate the simple gifts of life. The experience also taught me the importance and the rewards of giving back to others.
I am looking forward to graduating from highs school. After graduation, I want to play basketball at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in Biology. My ultimate goal is to become a Physical Therapist, specializing in Sports Medicine.
