Ej Thompson '17 Recruiting Profile

Some of my collegiate goals are to maintain a 3.5 GPA and to graduate with honors and a degree of my choosing.  I want to be successful, I strive for it. First person in the gym and the last one out.  I want to get better, I want criticism, and most importantly I want to learn on and off the court, and grow, as a player and as a person. 

My high school basketball team is the Johnston City Indians and my primary position is point guard, but I play shooting guard as well. I am 6’3; 185 lb averaging around 19.8 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists per game along with 53% shooting, 39% 3 point shooting, and 84% from the free throw line. During the last two years, I was also selected in two All Tournament Teams and was named the MVP in one of them. I recently just passed the 1000^th point mark for my high school career as well, which was an exciting achievement of mine.
