I am Gabryael “Gabe” H. Miller, an incoming 10th Grade Sophomore at Lafayette Central Catholic Junior/Senior High. I started playing Basketball as a Shooting Guard during my second grade at Burnett Creek Elementary School, West Lafayette, Indiana. Throughout 2022-2023, I played Freshmen and JV at West Lafayette Junior/Senior High School as Point Guard and Shooting Guard. From 2017 until now, I have participated at AAU at Legacy Courts in Lafayette, Indiana. I was allowed to play in all available seasons. Our team has won 9 Championships at Legacy Courts. I had an intense passion for Basketball since I was eight years old. The sound of a dribbling ball, estimating shooting distance, and releasing the ball at the right time and available space energizes me, heightening my court awareness. Furthermore, discipline and dedication, while training for incoming games made me thrive on the court alongside great Basketball IQ, player strategy, and team play. Motivating and encouraging my teammates to believe in their abilities is essential for me to have a cohesive team play. I celebrate victories as a culmination of our hard work and treasure losses as an opportunity for growth to strive harder for the next game.
