Aidan Michel '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was five years old. I have a great attitude. I love to be sarcastic and have a good time. On the court I have a very high basketball IQ. I am a team leader and try to lead by work ethic while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players for any team I am a part of. I will always give you full eye contact and I don't have any social media to get in the way of sports. 

Off the court, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I am currently a member of our student government, Renaissance group, National Honors Society and I'm the Section Leader for percussion in our high school band. I work during the summer and school year doing maintenance, and remodeling for Washburn Towers Living Center in Ottawa Kansas. I also volunteer at a daycare and church activities throughout the year. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court along with keeping a high faith in the Lord. I am open to most options but want to ultimately find the right college at the highest level of competition possible who sees potential and playing time ahead. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud.
