Erick Beavers '23 Recruiting Profile

While I am still trying to determine my overall career path like many young adults my age, I am excited about this next phase in life. I enjoy being a part of a team who I can also call my brothers. I have been told I am a natural leader. I am considered a role model in our community without even knowing I was being held to such a high standard. I was just being me. My coach would say I am one of the most determined players he has ever seen. I don't give up and failure is not an option. I believe if a lesson is learned, it's a win. You pick yourself up and get back to work. As an example, I went from not making our high school basketball team coming from middle school to a new high school to ending my senior year as the team captain. I am proud of my accomplishments so far and looking forwarding to bringing this same determination and dedication to my next group of brothers.
