Charlie Gorres '19 Recruiting Profile

My primary goal is to attend a University that I can contribute to the basketball program, be challenged academically, and experience personal and professional growth to prepare me for a successful post-secondary career in whatever I choose to do. I am going to achieve this goal by continuing to work hard in school, remaining active in my community, and continuing to enhance my basketball IQ and skills.

Being voted by my teammates as the captain of the basketball team for my upcoming junior year illustrates my leadership on the court. While my significant interaction with younger traveling basketball teams, volunteering at various sports related camps and clinics demonstrates my leadership off the court. Although I am excited to continue to make a positive difference in my community, I am more excited looking to the future to what I can accomplish at the next level.
