Personal Statement

I am a hard working, coachable kid.  I love the game of basketball and will strive to always give 110% effort.  Evaluations and coaches note my high basketball IQ and ability to find the open guy.  I play selfless and am a leader on the court. Over the year, my focus has been on my flexibility of position playing and am used on all positions, most common is a shooting guard/ small forward.  My aspiration is playing college basketball and continuing to increase by skill, diversity and effectiveness on the court.

  • Noah Puetz a 6'3 172 lb 2020 prospect of Marshall senior HS (MN), is a nice player with division 1 potential.Noah showed great size for position causing terrific matchup problems in addition to possessing length that is an extremely reliable asset to individual and team defense. The prospect is a terrific ball handler proving to be a constant threat on offense. Noah is a fantastic distributor that was one of the best passers all camp. We would like to see continued work passing with either han d and creating misdirection to the defense. The Player is a very effective and versatile shot maker and has great looking form and accuracy. We recommend making at least 500 game speed shots a day in a variety of circumstances from all three levels (floaters, mid range, three both off the screens and off the bounce.Noah does a great job of knowing what shots are in space and in rhythm. College coaches will be extremely happy with this prospects shot selection. The prospect can consistently fin ish at the basket effectively using either hand both through great contact and against size. The prospect defends the ball and help side very effectively with a high level of pride and intensity proving to be a tremendous asset defensively. The talent has tremendous strength and has a college ready frame but should continue to get stronger to really develop their body for the next level going against fully developed opponentsand has a very solid frame to continue to build on and take it to the next level.Noah has a great motor, changes ends of the floor well translating to collegeand is incredibly tough that all levels of coaches will covet. The talented player is an exceptional athlete proving to be an advantage on both ends of the floor having athleticism that is in the upper quartile of hoopers. Noah does an excellent job of understanding the game with an invaluable basketball IQ that showed one of the best IQ's we saw all year which college coaches will covet . Defensively we w ould like to see continued improvement both on and off the ball in addition to always seeing ball and man. We would emphasize staying lower on both ends of the court. In addition, we would like you to continue learning how to play without the ball as most players only have the ball a max of 10% of the game (even less if you have ball stoppers on your team). We are excited to monitor this prospect's development in the future and would like to see continued development in all areas we rated as nee ding improvement to fully maximize potential. ScoutsFocus and our college coaching staff believes Noah has division 1 potential with continued hard work and development both in the classroom and on the hardwood. Can play the 1; 3; 5.
