I am considering a career in pharmacy or physical therapy and I would like to be able to continue to play basketball while in college. I have been invited as a preferred walk on by Ole Miss and Auburn, however I think I would prefer to be able to play and contribute to a team while I am receiving a quality education.
I am a 6'2" shooting guard who was tall as a child and played post through the 10th grade so I am just becoming comfortable playing the guard position. I am currently playing for Oxford High School in Oxford, MS. I also play AAU basketball for the Atlanta Xpress. The Xpress is a grass roots Under Armour sponsored team and we are currently #12 in the country. By playing on this team I have been able to gain some exposure and be seen by many coaches and recruiting services.
I am primarily a straight A student and I have taken the ACT one time and scored a 28. I am registered to take the test again in June 2014.
