My goal in college is to learn as much as I can about being a teacher. I would also like to play basketball in college. My Christian faith is very important to me, so I plan to nurture it by being in regular contact with a pastor.
I believe what makes me a good candidate for a team is that I'm a hard worker and I follow directions well. I believe my skill level is high enough to play basketball in college and hopefully earn a basketball scholarship. I have always gotten along well with my teammates and coaches.
I believe what makes me different from other recruits is that I have integrity and have never given my coaches any problems. I don't "talk back" and I accept the role they give me even if it means playing a position that wasn't one of my top choices. What makes me different in athletics is that I have played multiple sports. I would rather excercise than sit around. I believe I am in excellent physical condition. Right now the 3 top ways I spend my time are school and homework, playing and conditioning for basketball, and working out at the Y. My mom is the Athletic Director at my school. Academically, I have received a few C's, but mostly A's and B's. While I would much rather be playing basketball all the time, I also realize to play in college I need to get good grades now.
