Personal Statement
My goal is to get into college basketball and move on to go pro, but I know the steps I must take. Right now I'm 15 and I started last year, but I go to the gym everyday to work on my game. I live in Philadelphia, but I go to a boarding school in New Hampshire, and I'm on the team there. The coaches at my camps I go to over the summer always tell me there are three things you need: Academics, Attitude, and Ability. I'm patient and am willing to work tirelessly when I can everyday. I understand grades come first and I will take time to study for my education so I can get into a good college. As for ability, I've played for a year now and I don't know how to gauge myself since the season hasn't started yet, but I've been determined to work on my vertical so I can dunk in highschool. My Free throw accuracy is around 65-75%
I'm in my junior year now and I managed to get film of me playing. My role on my team is different than what I hope to be and achieve. I've been working on my mid-range game, my 3pt game, and my vertical. I consider myself the best defender on my team and I plan on getting better film to show off my ability.
