Austin Birnbaum '16 Recruiting Profile

I am Austin Birnbaum, a 17 year old High School Senior that has enjoyed the game of basketball my entire life. As a young child playing in my backyard whenever I could, the game of basketball has always been important to me.

Basketball has also taught me the importance of being on a team. Working together has made me better with communicating with people. It has given me leadership skills that not only have helped me with basketball but life in general.

I’m a 6’6 forward who is able to beat the guards down the court. I always try to hustle on both ends of the court and give 110% effort all the time.

Each year being on the high school team, my goal has been to improve my skills and keep the morale of the team at it’s highest. Basketball has always been a passion for me and I hope to move on to the next level.
