Throughout my college experience, I aspire to major in psychology and minor in business. Alongside such academic goals, I plan to contribute to the basketball team by introducing my leadership skills into the team environment. My leadership will allow for the team to eventually develop its connections and overall positivity. I am willing to devote my time on the team to not only advance my personal skills but to advance the skills of the team through competing to the best of my ability each practice. Although many other recruits may elucidate the idea of beating other players and teams on their own through sheer talent alone, my leadership skills can benefit the team to the point where every other player can feel as if they are improving as well.
