I would be a good candidate for your team because I do all of the things coaches don't want to have to harp on such as effort, talking on defense, and being a leader. I'm confident in my abilities as a player but know that there is a limit to what I can do athletically at some point which is why I pride myself on being the best teammate I can be.

- Local training company our high school team uses. We have been training with them for the past 14 weeks.They concentrate on training the nervous system for strength. I have seen huge gains in strength and in my vertical.
