Isaiah Ingram '22 Recruiting Profile

Basketball isn't just a sport for me. Every game is everything and if I don't play, I'm not not well. I leave it all on the court. My mom said a long time ago, their are people who play ball and there are ball players, which are you? That said, I've been a ball player from within for a long time and the NBA is my aspiration. I look at the stories of Iverson, Rondo and those who seem like they never should have made it. With all I have been through, the game is how I survive. Basketball is my families way of life so I get up everyday to play.  What makes me different is my passion, my defense and dedication. I always want to be better. I play on different teams in different cities, states and watch to see how the game is always changing. People like Tyler Ullis and Xavier Simpson right from my mom's home town where I spent many summers with these guys give me hope that there's room for me.
