Hey Coach! It's great to meet you! I'm BJ, and I believe I can bring some serious skills to your team. My strength and speed are my strongest qualities, especially my killer bat speed. I'm super excited to apply my skills and contribute to the team's success in the best way possible. Academically, I've had some challenges as you can see, but I'm taking ownership and working hard to improve. I've been pushing myself with AP classes and more to boost my GPA. I'm determined to excel both on the field and in the classroom. I've always felt like I've been caught in a cycle growing up playing baseball. It seemed like everyone had the advantage of personal coaches and supportive parents, while I didn't have those resources. Despite that, I knew from the moment I picked up a baseball that it was the sport for me. I faced challenges along the way, but I've been dedicated to improving every day. My goal is to play baseball in college and potentially make it to the league and take some of the financial burden off my parents. By paving my own way, I hope to make college more affordable for them. They've always supported me, and I want to give back. For any coach reading this thanks for considering me as a potential recruit!
