Eric Boykin '24 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal for lacrosse is to be the best player, leader and teammate that I can be. My job is to put our team in the best place to win games by saving goals, having strong clears, coordinating the defense and running down the field, if necessary (coach approved), to create more opportunities to score. 

I have been the Varsity goalie since 2021.  In 2023, my season ended with 210 saves and a 58% save rate. I was selected for the Greater Cleveland Conference 1st team, Northern Ohio Lacrosse League 1st team. In 2022, I was selected for the Greater Cleveland Conference (GCC) All-Conference 1st team and First Runner-up MVP for the Greater Cleveland Conference. 

Academically, my ACT score is a 35 out of 36 and I have a 4.4 GPA. I have scored a perfect "5" on 3 AP tests and am currently taking 3 AP subjects in my junior year.  I am also a peer leader/tutor for 9th grade Algebra 1 and volunteer outside of school.
