My name is Josiah Joseph. I hope to accomplish a lot of things during college NSCA basketball. Some of my goals are to develop great habits and characteristics, show great leadership when necessary, and be a better floor general/facilitator for the team. Something unique about me in terms of character is that I am relentless when it comes to showing up and practicing. I am the guy who’s always first to the gym and last to leave. I’ve always believed that with a lot of hard work and determination, anything is possible. Spending more time improving health and fitness will directly help with things on the court. For example, when I was 15, I realized I was fast but didn't have enough stamina for games, so I worked on my cardio and nutrition so I would be fit enough to play for 30–35 minutes. When it comes to academics, I've been gradually improving because of things like consistency, confidence, and being able to learn and adapt to new learning environments quickly.
