Growing up with a younger sibling with ASD, I learned early the values of resilience and adaptability. These qualities have fueled my basketball journey, enabling me to confront and overcome various obstacles.  One of the greatest challenges I faced early in my journey was my weight. Being slightly heavier than most kids my age impacted my basketball performance. However, through hard work, discipline, and dedication, I transformed this challenge into one of my greatest triumphs. I prioritized nutrition and physical training, and eventually achieved the athletic shape and agility that now support me on the court. This transformation wasn't just physical; it underscored the importance of setting goals and relentlessly working towards them, lessons that resonate with me every day in my life. 

On the court, I'm a 3-point shooter who is not afraid to hustle and do the dirty work. I am willing to put my body on the line and do whatever it takes to secure a win for my team. Off the court, I am seeking a program that will allow me to balance my passion for basketball with my academic goals and aspirations. I'm ready and excited to bring my determination to your program. As an athlete who can adapt to play multiple roles on the court, I know that I can make a strong contribution to your team.
