My whole life sports have been my #1 love. Along with basketball, I also play football, baseball and I wrestled prior to High School. However, basketball is my passion and as of Spring my Jr Year became my top priority. As a three-sport athlete I've learned how to thrive in a team environment. I’ve developed personally and found myself embracing leadership roles. I’ve always lived to compete but through four years of High School & one year of AAU I’ve learned how to compete well.
I’m very committed and dedicated to improving my game, therefore I spend much of my free time in the gym doing work outs, shooting on the gun, working on my ball handling or lifting. I strive every day to be the best in everything I do both athletically and academically. As long as I can remember my goal has been to play basketball at the collegiate level and my academic goal is to maintain my 4.0 GPA through graduation.
I've had many basketball achievements as a 3-year Varsity starter (see below). Although I’ve had great individual success, my team has not. Consequently, my high school career has taught me to lead through adversity, remain positive and persevere even when things don’t go our way. Now I’m focused on developing my individual game in order to compete at the highest level wherever I attend college.
